Microsoft is in the process of rolling out an update to our backend services in West Europe which is running unexpectedly long, unfortunately causing this disruption in extension update operations.
Microsoft is aware of the issue and the problem should be mitigated very soon.
Please note that this affects only administrative operations in this region and not the Business Central environments themselves.
